At the end of your subscription, you have four options:

- Upgrade to the next size with a 10% discount
- Extend your existing subscription for a nominal fee
- Purchase the bicycle outright by paying the balance of current sale price.
- Return the bicycle if you do not wish to upgrade, extend, or purchase.

Here are two ways you can find out:

1) Try to place an order and enter your address. You will automatically be notified whether you are in a serviceable area or not.
2) Initiate a chat on WhatsApp and follow the instructions. You will be notified if you are in Gro Club's serviceable area.

If you are not in a serviceable areas, just fill in your details and we will keep you posted as soon as we launch.

Delivery, pickup, and service need to be registered and completed in a serviceable area only. You may transport the product outside the serviceable area at your own cost and will have to bear the cost of maintenance outside the serviceable area. We will provide service, but you will need to visit our office with the product at your own cost to avail of the services. ⚙

During this time, you benefit from seamless upgrades to larger sizes if your child outgrows their current product. At the end of the 18-month subscription, the product is yours to keep if you choose not to upgrade.

Subscriptions before 21st June 2024:
Yes, the minimum subscription periods are 12 or 18 months, depending on the plan you selected. During this time, you have access to free maintenance and repair services. At the end of your subscription, you can upgrade to the next size with a discount, extend your existing subscription, purchase the bicycle outright, or return the bicycle if you do not wish to upgrade, extend, or purchase.

Subscriptions after 21st June 2024:
- You can upgrade anytime and the remaining value of your subscription will be applied as a discount towards your new bicycle. 🚴‍♂️✨
- At the end of your 18-month subscription, if you haven't upgraded, the bicycle is yours to keep! 🥰
- You can also purchase a subscription extension to keep all the subscription benefits such as warranty and free doorstep repair.
- Service and parts will be available on request (chargeable) if you don't avail a subscription extension plan.

- If you really love our product and don't want to part with it, you can choose to buy it by paying the difference of the current subscription price. 😄

You will not have an option to cancel the subscription till the end of the subscription cycle you have chosen. But if you are not happy with the quality of the bicycles, you can return the bicycle within 5 days of delivery (Please Refer: Return Policy)
