(Baby Gear includes strollers, cradles, carry cots, and diaper bags.)

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email support@gro.club with your order details within the applicable return period. Return requests are subject to review and approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately within the applicable return window so we can assess the issue and assist you.

Free return pickup is available for orders delivered within Bengaluru & Hyderabad.

For deliveries outside these cities, customers will be required to bear the return shipping cost to our warehouse

Additional Information
If you exchange or upgrade a product by trading in your existing Gro Club product, the trade-in is final once it has been collected and accepted by Gro Club. The trade-in value is immediately applied as a discount towards your new purchase, and the collected product enters our circular processing system. As a result, if the new order is later cancelled or returned, the traded-in product cannot be returned to you.
