Refund Policy
Refunds are processed for orders where a valid return or cancellation request has been approved.
To initiate a refund, please email us at support@gro.club with your order details. Once the request is accepted, the product will be scheduled for pickup from your location. The final inspection will be carried out at Gro Club’s premises after the product is received by us. Upon successful inspection, a 100% refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed to a UPI ID shared by the customer. Please note that banks, credit card companies, or payment partners may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
For Orders paid using EMIs
For orders placed using EMI, the cancellation and refund process may take additional time due to bank processing timelines. While we cancel the order and initiate a 100% refund for all eligible returns, customers are required to continue paying EMIs until the cancellation is fully completed by the bank.
Any processing or convenience fee charged by the bank to avail a no-cost EMI is non-refundable, as this amount is charged directly by the bank and not by Gro Club.
