Pre-Booking FAQ's
Do I really get everything for ₹1?
No. The ₹1 is a token pre-booking amount. It secures your bundle at the launch price (40% OFF, up to ₹10,000 savings). When bundles are ready from September 15, you will complete your purchase at ₹9,999 or ₹14,999, depending on the bundle.
What products are included in the bundle?
Gro Club’s launch bundles are designed to cover all the essentials new parents need. Here are the current bundle details available:

What if I change my mind after pre-booking?
The ₹1 is only a token amount to reserve your spot. Once we open the links for completing your booking at the offer price, you will have 48 hours to make the payment. If you decide not to proceed, your booking will be automatically cancelled and the ₹1 pre-booking amount will be refunded.
When will deliveries start?
Deliveries for pre-booked bundles will begin from the end of September 2025. Once the products are ready for delivery at the end of September, you will be notified to complete the payment for the bundle you reserved.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD isn’t available for this launch. To keep it fair for all parents, payment needs to be completed upfront when booking slots open - that way your bundle is confirmed and not lost to someone else.
What is upgrade as you gro mean?
Upgrade as you grow is Gro Club’s Smart Ownership benefit. It allows you to return your product when your child outgrows it and upgrade to the next suitable size or model instead of buying everything new again.
Here’s how it works:
- The value of your current product is calculated based on how long you’ve used it.
- For baby gear in this category, the value is calculated as:
Amount paid ÷ 12 months × number of unused months.
- This remaining value is given as a discount on your next purchase.
- If you prefer, you can also keep the product - the choice is yours.
