What are the terms and conditions for this offer
Gro Club Referral Challenge: Terms & Conditions (August 1 – October 31, 2025)
1. This offer ("Offer") is made available to you by Gro Digital Initiatives Pvt Ltd ("Gro Club").
2. This Offer is open to all subscribers of Gro Club who are residents of India.
3. By participating in the Offer, the subscriber agrees to abide by these terms and conditions ("Offer Terms"). Participation is voluntary.
4. The Offer is valid from August 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025 ("Offer Period").
5. Referrals are considered successful only when the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase of a Gro Club bicycle. Self-referrals or cancellations by referred customers will not count.
6. Purchases made by the referring subscriber do not qualify as successful referrals.
7. Gro Club shall determine the winners based on verified referral data.
8. Gro Club reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of malpractice or fraudulent activity, or to withhold rewards pending investigation.
9. Gro Club's decision on winner selection is final and binding.
10. Referrers will receive the following rewards based on completed referrals:
- 5 Referrals: Guaranteed reward of 1 Wireless Master Buds – Sound by Bose (Noise)
- 10 Referrals: Guaranteed reward of 1-night staycation at a 5-star hotel in your city for the referrer and their immediate family
- 20 Referrals: Guaranteed reward of 2-night staycation at a 5-star hotel in your city for the referrer and their immediate family
- 40 Referrals: Top referrer stand a Chance to Win a Trip to Dubai
All milestone rewards are cumulative. For example, a customer with 40 referrals receives Gro Coins, Master Buds, staycations, and qualifies for the Dubai trip contest.
11. All participants receive 50 Gro Coin (worth ₹5 each) for each successful referral. Gro Coins have no expiry and can be redeemed on Gro Club's website for purchases or upgrades.
12. Winners will be contacted via the email registered with Gro Club. A response confirming acceptance of the prize must be received within 15 days from the date of notification. Failure to respond in time will lead to forfeiture of the prize.
13. Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or replaced under any circumstances.
14. All rewards are subject to availability. Gro Club reserves the right to substitute any reward with one of equal or higher value if required.
15. Taxes, if any, arising from the acceptance of any reward shall be borne solely by the winners.
16. Any disputes relating to this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
17. Gro Club employees and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, and siblings) are not eligible to participate in this Offer.
18. Gro Club reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Offer or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
19. Gro Club shall not be held responsible for any delays, technical failures, or errors that may arise during participation or reward distribution.
20. By participating in this Offer, subscribers consent to Gro Club sharing necessary personal information with third parties for the purpose of reward fulfilment.
