What are the terms and conditions for this offer
Gro Club Referral Offer:
Terms & Conditions (January 1 – February 28, 2026)
- This offer (“Offer”) is made available to you by Gro Digital Initiatives Pvt. Ltd. (“Gro Club”).
- This Offer is open to all Gro Club customers who are residents of India.
- By participating in the Offer, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”). Participation is voluntary.
- 4. The offer is valid from January 1st, 2026 to February 28, 2026 (“Offer Period”)
- Referrals are considered successful only when the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase of any Gro Club product.
- Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, or orders that are cancelled or refunded will not be counted.
- Purchases made by the referring customer do not qualify as successful referrals.
- Gro Club shall determine reward eligibility based on verified referral data at the end of the Offer Period.
- Gro Club reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in malpractice or fraudulent activity, or to withhold rewards pending investigation.
- Gro Club’s decision regarding verification, eligibility, and winner selection shall be final and binding.

All milestone rewards are non cumulative.
Example: A participant who completes 30 successful referrals will receive the 3-Day Trip to Singapore.
They will not receive the Amazon Gift Voucher, staycation, or tablet rewards.
- Every successful referral additionally earns 1 Gro Coin (worth ₹250 store credit), redeemable on future purchases or upgrades at gro.club.
Reward Fulfilment & Conditions
- The Singapore trip includes round-trip flights and 3 nights’ accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).
Visa fees (If Any), insurance, meals (beyond those included in the package), and other personal expenses will be borne by the winner. - The 5-star staycation reward covers a 1-night stay with breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children at a participating hotel in the winner’s city.
- All winners will be notified via their registered email ID or phone number. Confirmation of acceptance must be provided within 15 days of notification, failing which the reward will be forfeited.
- Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to availability. Gro Club reserves the right to substitute any reward with one of equal or higher value if required.
- Applicable taxes or levies, if any, shall be borne solely by the reward recipients.
- Delivery timelines for physical rewards may vary based on availability and logistics.
General Provisions
- Gro Club employees and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate.
- Gro Club reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Offer or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Gro Club shall not be liable for any delays, technical issues, or errors arising during participation or reward distribution.
- By participating, customers consent to Gro Club sharing necessary personal details with authorized third parties for the purpose of reward fulfilment.
- Any disputes related to this Offer shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
