Upgrade as your baby grows is Gro Club’s Smart Ownership benefit. It allows you to return your product when your child outgrows it and upgrade to the next suitable size or model instead of buying everything new again.
Here’s how it works:
- The value of your current product is calculated based on how long you’ve used it.
- For baby gear in this category, the value is calculated as:
Amount paid ÷ 12 months × number of unused months.
- This remaining value is given as a discount on your next purchase.
- If you prefer, you can also keep the product - the choice is yours.
