TERMS OF SERVICES:

 

1.    Service Warranty does not cover damages caused due to improper installation, repair, unauthorized modification, physical damage and water log damages or connection of the product to equipment not approved by the Company.

2.    If the product is not used as per its usage specifications Service warranty will be void.

3.    Physical damage caused by the customer (including improper use or handling) or If any damage occurs in/on outer surface of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the product Service warranty will be void.

4.    The company's obligation under this Service warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s, which are found to be defective.

5.    No Dealer/Distributor/Retailer has the authority to vary the terms of above Service Warranty.

6.    Gro Club reserves the right to amend, change, remove or add part, parts or entirely to these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to frequently review these terms and conditions any amendments, changes or additions posted by Gro Club.
