Order Processing Time:

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 working hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. (Subject stock availability)

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

🚲 Bicycles are currently delivered only within:

    • Bengaluru
    • Hyderabad
    • Pune

Delivery Timelines

Urban Zones: Free delivery within 24 working hours (except Sunday)

Rural / Peripheral Zones: Paid Delivery within 1–7 working days (except Sunday)

Please note for accessories ordered separately after the main product delivery, a additional delivery charge of may apply

👶 Baby Products (such as strollers, cradles, carry cots, and diaper bags) are shipped across India.

Within Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune:

Baby products follow the same delivery timelines as bicycles listed above.

Other regions in India:

Baby products are shipped across India, dispatched within 24 working hours, with delivery timelines varying based on location and courier/delivery partner. Estimated timelines will can be shared upon request.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the delivery will be rescheduled within 3 working days.

Self Pickup:

Customers have the option to pick up their orders at our office/warehouse. However, if delivery fees apply to their region, they will also apply here. Customers are also liable to pay for the return of the product at their own cost, during upgrade.

Order Tracking:

We currently do not offer live or automated order tracking. To track your order, please call / WhatsApp us at +91 95136 31850 or email us at support@gro.club. Our team will provide you with the necessary information regarding your shipment. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

Return timelines and eligibility vary by product category:

    • Bicycles: 5-day return window
    • Baby Gear: 3-day return window

Free return pickup is available only in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune.

To request an exchange, email support@gro.club with your order details. Once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 3 working days, and the original product will be collected at the time of delivery. Exchange requests must be raised within the applicable return window.

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping services. Our delivery services are currently limited to Bangalore.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or office addresses. Deliveries are only made to home addresses within our serviceable areas.
