Gro Club's smart ownership model offers the flexibility to upgrade as your child grows or exchange to a newer model with significant cost savings through upgrade discounts, and a sustainable way to reduce waste. Our benefits—free maintenance, doorstep service, and hassle-free upgrades—make it the smarter choice for parents.

Here are two ways you can find out:

1) Try to place an order and enter your address. You will automatically be notified whether you are in a serviceable area or not.
2) Initiate a chat on WhatsApp and follow the instructions. You will be notified if you are in Gro Club's serviceable area.

If you are not in a serviceable areas, just fill in your details and we will keep you posted as soon as we launch.

Delivery, pickup, and service need to be registered and completed in a serviceable area only. You may pickup the bicycle from our office/warehouse and transport the product outside the serviceable area at your own cost and will have to bear the cost of maintenance outside the serviceable area. We will provide service, but you will need to visit our office with the product at your own cost to avail of the services.

Orders after 21st June 2024: (Smart Ownership)- During the first 18 months, all maintenance and repairs are included at no extra cost. 🛠️
- After the tenure ends, service and parts will be available on request and will be chargeable.
- You can also purchase a service pack/extension to keep all the benefits such as warranty and free doorstep repair. 😃

Orders before 21st June 2024: (Subscription)- During your subscription period, all maintenance and repairs are included at no extra cost. 🛠️
- If you choose to extend your subscription, you will continue to enjoy free maintenance and repairs.
- If you decide to buy the product outright, service will no longer be included. Any requested services will be chargeable.

What’s not covered?

🔹 Tires & Tubes – Since they wear out with usage, they aren’t included in the warranty.

🔹 Severe Accidental Damage – Small damages caused by kids riding, falling, or regular use are covered. However, major structural damage due to accidents or misuse may be chargeable.
